She has over 30 years of experience in management with large companies in Operations & Marketing, Strategic Planning, and Systems.
Her pro bono work includes project management for two multi-million building campaigns as well as multiple efforts in project management and strategic planning.

Residential re-development was a natural extension to Heather's career background in revitalization and construction. Heather received her undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech in 2001 and obtained her professional engineering license in 2005. For nearly 20 years, she has assisted local municipalities with rehabilitation and new construction primarily for water and wastewater systems. In 2016 her focus expanded to include the homes and residents these systems serve. She obtained her real estate salesperson license in 2017 in Virginia.
Her project management experience covers a wide dollar range of endeavors from thousands to millions and a multitude of responsibilities from project concept to completion. She routinely evaluates and scopes improvements needs for clients, manages multi-disciplinary teams and sub-consultants, and provides bidding assistance and construction administration.
